French Quiche Lorraine

The countdown to Paris begins! And to celebrate each day I made mysef a French Quiche Lorraine that is so delcious and takes me right to Paris! The recipe is from Ainsely Durose, a Frech pastry chef who has her own you tube vlog, Baking With Ainsley In my Tiny Parisianne Apartment. Who can resist a title like that? She is adorable, beautiful, her apartment IS tiny and her kitchen is even smaller! How she can bake and made such gorgeous food on one little table by her window is worth watching! Her recipe for Quiche Lorraine is the best I have every tasted, simple to make and the crust is to die for! I’ve made it 3 times already! Her recipes are included; she does use a scale which I like to use also and it DOES make a difference to have the ingredients consistant every time. Her husband has a coffee shop on a bicycle and she brings pastries every weekend. I hope to find her and stop by for coffee and pastries…so stay tuned. Adventures in Paris begin soon!
